“ I always remembered him with his shorts and a smiling face.” says one fan of Mageo from way back when. The shorts may have been changed for a more anointed cloth but that smiling face remains the same.
A dominant specimen, Mageo was a force not only locally but also on the international scene. He was not only a skillful player but has played various administrative roles when he came to taking to rugby to new heights in and outside of American Samoa.
